What is KnoCommerce?

KnoCommerce is a full-fledged survey tool for eCommerce merchants to get zero-party data (data that comes directly from your customers) and turn it into more revenue.

Surveys are used for two reasons, collecting data and driving engagements that drive revenue. KnoCommerce is robust enough to do both.

Dynamic promo code creation allows you to drive action post survey either by referring a friend, giving a discount, whatever it may be. And all of your question and answers can be automatically pushed to your Klaviyo so that you can create custom segments and automations as you see fit.

KnoCommerce allows your surveys to be as simple or complex as you want them to be. They have different action events, so that if someone said they heard about you on Facebook, you could make sure they are following you on Facebook, etc. Rankings, date, drop-downs, they have all the different field types you need to get whichever data/answers you are looking for.

You can one click add the survey to the post-purchase/thank you page, or drop it wherever else you want or publish it as a standalone page.

You can even automatically add the customers email address to the link, so that they don’t have to input it, thus keeping their survey data tied to their customer account.

You can setup abandoned cart surveys that resolve any of those customer issues and then send them back to complete their purchase.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

What makes KnoCommerce different than competitors?

KnoCommerce is a very robust survey platform designed to ask multiple questions in a “choose your own adventure” style, and they have great reporting in order to help you understand the data you are collecting and take action.
