All about
Wonderment is a proactive order tracking platform that helps consumers better understand that infamous question, “Where’s my order?” They have a Shopify native app that pulls in all of your order and tracking data and then allows users to see it themselves on a page on your site. Their flagship feature is their stalled shipment tracking: If a package hasn’t moved or been updated in a while, there is a notice that it’s stalled or stuck.
Wonderment automatically detects your Klaviyo and starts sending events and custom metadata to Klaviyo so that you can proactively reach out to customers around stalled tickets, delivery dates, when a product is delivered, and everything else that stems from that (such as reviews, loyalty, repeat purchase, etc.)
Wonderment has a library of Klaviyo flows that they can clone directly into your Klaviyo account so that you only need to adjust logo and branding and get messages sent out.
They have the ability to build beautiful order tracking pages either through their page builder or through embedding.
They integrate with Shopify fulfilment to push back the landed date, which you can then use to trigger your review email sequence, etc.
They integrate with Postscript and Gorgias to make it easy to communicate tracking and shipment data with your customers on those channels.
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Wonderment combines three key functionalities in one tool:
- a native shopify app with universal shipment tracking dashboard and real-time reporting,
- Klaviyo integration, and
- showing shipping by label and by time.
Wonderment is going to decrease your “where’s my order” inquiries and decrease your customer service tickets and costs. This also leads to higher retention and better customer satisfaction.
Most of the time your head of operations, Chief Operating Officer (COO), head of marketing, or head of customer service is going to be setting up Wonderment. You need to set up your “where’s my order?” page (usually doesn’t require a developer, but some people do), set up your Klaviyo flows, maybe get a few more integrations connected, and then you’re off and running.
From there you’re probably logging in weekly to daily to look at the reports on shipments in transit, landed dates/times, stalled shipments, etc.
Wonderment works for stores of any size and any vertical.
The more orders you have, the more valuable the tool will be. The trickier your shipping situation is, such as working with Royal Mail, multiple carriers, or problematic carriers, the more valuable Wonderment will be. The more “Where’s my order?” inquiries you get on a regular basis, the more valuable Wonderment will be.
Wonderment is better for merchants on Klaviyo, as they have a robust Klaviyo integration and haven’t yet replicated that system over to other email service providers. Likewise for Postscript users and Gorgias users.
Wonderment will be more powerful when you have a dedicated operations manager who handles orders and may currently be bogged down with tracking orders across multiple carriers.
